When asked whether raw frozen or kibble is better for a dog, our answer is, it depends on the dog and the lifestyle of the owner. Raw frozen foods are an excellent choice for dogs. The belief is that dogs are carnivores and thus should be fed as carnivores. We have seen excellent results feeding raw including with our own dogs. The benefits include vitality, a glowing coat, healthy skin, strong, healthy teeth and small stool production. For some pet owners the convenience and comfort of feeding a kibble is important, so for those clients it is essential to find a food that is as close as possible in representing all the nutrients, minerals and fats that are within a carnivore diet.
