Scheduling and Policies
The best way to book an appointment is to phone me or to email me. As you know this is a one-on-one personal service for the client and their pet , which means I will not be able to answer the phone while I'm grooming. Please leave your message and I will get back to you as soon as possible, or better yet, leave an email and I will respond in a prompt manner.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
"No Show" Policy": In the event Zoom Zoom Groom arrives for a scheduled, confirmed appointment and find no one there to release the pet to my care, an invoice for the actual "trip fee" will be assessed and left at your door.
Zoom Zoom Groom will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, I will never jeopardize the safety or well-being of our client's pets by hastening a groom. Nor will I put myself at unnecessary risk by rushing to the next appointment. I will call you and advise you of any change in our arrival time.
Zoom Zoom Groom is in operation Mondays- Sundays. Our first appointment is at 8 a.m. and our last is at 4 p.m with the exception of Tuesday evenings.

Have you ever wanted to have your pet groomed only to find there were no openings available when you needed them? That may never need happen again when you take advantage of The Client Courtesy Program. This program insures you will always have the appointment you need when you need it. The day and time are selected by you to conform to your busy schedule.

How Does It Work?
Option A- The Standing Appointment Option
A specific appointment is pre-scheduled for your pet at intervals of one to eight weeks. This pre-selected interval is yours as long as you wish.You will receive a reminder call 2-3 days before your appointment to confirm it. At that time you may confirm, cancel or reschedule a more convenient time.
Option B- The Courtesy Call Option
As with Option A you select an interval between appointments of one to eight weeks. You will be called two weeks before the selected interval. Instead of the appointment being pre-scheduled subject to your confirmation, you schedule the appointment at the time of the call.
PRIORITY HOLIDAY SCHEDULING FOR PROGRAM MEMBERS
Never again will you have to scramble around trying to schedule a hard to get holiday appointment. As a member of the Preferred Client Program your appointment will be pre-booked and waiting for you.

My goal is to consistently maintain all of our pet friends so that they will be clean, comfortable and happy for their moms and dads!
